ALL Vendors are welcome to apply! While we would like to put an emphasis on kpop, anime, and trinkets, we would love to have a variety of vendors to showcase something unique to our visitors!

THIS IS A STRICTLY ANTI-AI EVENT. Any vendors using/selling ai or stolen work will be rejected or ask to leave if this is discovered day of. We would also like to ask our vendors to refrain from selling mass-produced or dropshipped goods (temu, aliexpress, etc). Official merchandise is allowed.

* VENDORS ARE REQUIRED TO PROVIDE THEIR OWN TABLE AND SEATING
There will not be any additional chairs available for the event.

*No wifi will be available for this event.

VENDOR LOAD IN & SET UP

Load in will begin at 8:30am.

Vendors are required to park in the lot to the right of the building. This side includes an elevated loading dock and a ramp for any rolling load-in items. The loading dock will close at 10 so we can allow the building to cool down. If you need any help, FSTX crew will be available to help assist in any unloading. We would like all vendors to be done setting up 15 minutes prior to event start time (11). This will give vendors time to shop before the public is allowed in. If you are late (past starting time), your spot may be differet.

VENDOR LOAD OUT

Vendors must keep their booth and displays fully set up the entire duration of the event and may not start breaking down prior to 6pm. We want to give latecomers the opportunity to still enjoy the market. Please make sure your space is clean in the same way that it is found prior to setting up. Any left over trash or damage will result in a $5 fee.

LUNCHES AND BREAKS

We will have a full FSTX crew available for anytime you need to take a break, grab lunch or would like to just walk around - feel free to go as you please. One of our crew will be able to sit at your table while you take time for yourself, but please be mindful of the time you are gone. If you need any other assistance, this crew will be around to help. You may also have as many of your own friends at your booth to assist you as you’d like.

  • Standard spots $90 - 6ft tables only. No external fixtures (clothing racks, stands, floor ld machines) are allowed in these spots unless you will be using a 4ft table or smaller. Your set up should not impede on your neighboring vendors spaces. Table sharing is allowed, but both shops MUST be able to fit on a 6ft table, no exceptions. If you are spot sharing, both shops information needs to be provided when applying.

  • chunky spots (limited) $110 - these spaces are for shops who have external fixtures such as clothing racks and/or machines to pair with their 6ft table or 8ft tables without any extras. Your set up should not impede on your neighboring vendors spaces.

The spot you select at checkout is the spot you MUST stay in.

PHOTOCARD TRADING

Vendors are allowed to participate in buying, selling, or trading photocards. Please watch your items carefully.

CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS

vendor fees are non-refundable. If a vendor is unable to attend, please contact FSTX asap. You may not sell your table space to another vendor or shop. If the event is cancelled on our end due to weather, vendors will have the option for a refund or reserving their spot at a rescheduled date.

AFTER YOUR APPLICATION HAS BEEN REVIEWED, you well be sent a password protected page for you to select your table and check out. Vendor spaces are first come, first served.
