parking
vendors are required to park in the lot to the right of the building on sabine rd. this side includes an elevated loading dock and a ramp for any rolling load-in items. vendors will be allowed to back up to the loading dock, unload, then park so you don’t have to pull anything through the lot if you got a further parking spot. the loading dock will close at 10 so we can allow the building to cool back down. if you need any help, fstx crew will be available to help assist in any unloading.
load in . set up
load in will begin at 8:30am. all vendors must provide their own tables and seating, we will not have any additional seating available for the event. upon arrival, all spaces will be marked off with everyone’s name, but we will also be in the loading area ready to direct anyone who needs it.
we would like all vendors to be done setting up 15 minutes prior to event start time (11). this will give vendors time to shop before the public is allowed in. if you are late, please let is know asap so we can be ready to assist you when you arrive.
vendors must remain completely set up the duration of the event and may nto start breaking down to external booth prior to 6pm. we want to give latecomings the opportunity to still enjoy the market. any left over trash or damage will result in a $5 fee.
snacks
we will be providing various snacks and waters under the raffle table for all of our vendors to enjoy. these items are all free to you, no one has to ask and you may enjoy as much as you’fe like to get through the day. day of, we may add an additional spot so tables in th back half of the market do not have to walk as far.

if you generally need help, have questions, need someone to make a target run for you or just want to take a break to walk around or grab food - let us know! we will have various helped day of that will be available to assist you in some way.
some of our helpers are well versed in square and are adaptive to other payment apps if you need someone to sit in while you take time to do anything you need to do! there will be an identifier for the helpers day of (tbd), but if you have trouble finding anyone, our home base will be table A4!
Raffles & PC Trading
everyone will be given a stack fo raffle tickets prior to event start. guests earn one raffle ticket per transaction with no minimum purchase. you and your fellow vendors are ALSO allowed to earn and enter the raffle if you purchase from any fellow artists!
all vendors are allowed to participate in pc trading as well. we just ask that no one leaves their cards or tables unattended.
