larger order (pickets and tiers) starting at 10.99

most commonly, we will use usps ground advantage or priority shipping to get your items to you.

dispatch times

most orders are shipped within 1-3 business days of ordering. we do not ship on weekends and holidays. shipping delay notices will be posted on the site or instagram.

pre-orders and tiers

pre-orders and tier shipping dates will be listed in the description of the tiers or on a website banner. pre-orders will be shipped withing 2-3 days of projected date, but most items ship sooner. if you ordered in stock items in the same order as pre-order items, all of your items will be shipped together once everything arrives.

packaging

all acrylic holders come with a clear film on both sides to keep it from getting scratchedd during transit. clear pc frames come with a clean film on the front side. all pc frames are shipped in a top loaders. holders and other misc items bubble wrapped and sent in a bubble mailer or small shipping box. larger items like tiers and pickets are shipped typically in 18x12 rigid packaging.

delayed or lost packages

once shipped, your items are insured and are now the responsibility of usps. while we will try our best to assist you, contacting usps is your solution to retrieving your packages or a refund. packages returned to us will require an additional shipping charge to be dispached again.
