Do you offer international shipping
yes! but squarespace makes this a pain for us and does not calculate international shipping prices based on location. if you would like an accurate price for your international shipping, please tell us what items you would like and his address and we can get back to you with a shipping quote.
when will my order be shipped
all orders are shipped within 1-2 business days via usps ground advantage or priority shipping. tracking numbers are sent out via the email that was entered during your order processing.
i pre-ordered a tier - where is it
tier estimated shipping dates are always listed in the product description of the tiers. any delays in shipping will be shared on instagram as well as be updated as a site banner.
i no longer want my item
unfortunately, we do not accept returns. exchanges are only permitted for damaged items.

my items arrived damaged
please email us at info@tangerinemuseum.com with your name, order number, a description of the damage, and a photo of the damage. for holders, please remove the protective film for photos. damage items will be replaced with the same item or refunded if that item is sold out.
can i order a custom item
all custom item inquiries can be submitted through our contact form. custom commissions require a deposit and are open based on our current events. commissions will be closed during our busier seasons.
