tiers are non-refundable - an additional shipping charge is required for you to get your tiers into your hands and it keep them from being left in museum storage.

small tiers - any tier level that does not include a picket.
large tiers - any tier that includes a picket.
mixed orders - if your order includes a mix of large tiers and small tiers, your shipping option will be based on the large tiers.
